What the content on this site is — and what it is not.

General information only

Everything on this site explains how roof assemblies, flashings, underlayments, and drainage generally behave. It is not a diagnosis of your roof, not a specification for your property, not a proposal, and not a substitute for an on-site condition survey.

No performance promises

Descriptions of how coverings, underlayment, metal terminations, or ventilation behave are general explanations. They are not guarantees of how any specific material or installation will perform on any specific building or in any specific weather event, and no outcome, service life, or leak-free result is promised or implied.

No claims of credentials or coverage

This site does not assert licensing, insurance, bonding, certification, product approvals, ratings, warranties, or financing programs, and nothing here should be read as a representation about those matters. Request documentation directly and read it yourself before engaging any contractor for roof work.

Not insurance or code advice

Nothing on this site is insurance advice, a coverage opinion, a claim determination, an engineering report, or a code compliance certification. Coverage decisions rest with your insurer under your policy, and permitting and code matters rest with the relevant authority.

Assistant answers

The on-page assistant operates in informational mode only. It cannot see your roof, its answers may be incomplete or inapplicable to your situation, and it does not quote, schedule, or diagnose. Decisions about your building should follow an inspection of the actual roof.

Safety

Roofs are a fall hazard, and wet or storm-damaged roofs especially so. Any description of inspection or stabilisation methods on this site is explanatory. It is not an instruction or encouragement to climb onto a roof yourself.

Imagery

Gallery areas on this site contain generated concept visuals, each labelled as such. They do not depict completed projects or customer properties and must not be interpreted as examples of work.
