A short policy, because this site collects very little.
What this site does not collect
There is no contact form, no account system, no appointment booking, and no payment processing anywhere on this site. You are not asked to submit your name, address, phone number, or email address through any page here.
The roofing assistant
Questions typed into the on-page assistant are sent to our server so an answer can be produced. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in those messages — the assistant exists for general technical questions about roof assemblies, leaks, and maintenance, not for intake. Conversations are not tied to an account or profile, and the assistant does not book work, quote prices, or advise on insurance claims.
Contacting us directly
If you call the phone line published on the contact page, anything you choose to share — your number, address, roof photographs, and property details — is necessarily received. That information would be used only to respond to your inquiry and to prepare a scope of work.
Technical logs
As with most websites, the hosting infrastructure records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes. This is not used to build advertising profiles.
Third parties
Web fonts on this site are loaded from a third-party font host, which receives the request needed to serve those files. This site is operated as part of the Handyman in Miami brand; a link to that main site appears in the footer of every page.
